There are two things that I'm still not sure and hoping someone who has used the tool can help: I have successfully removed a fixed link from the 6 side of my GMT and my 14060. Rolex Service Centre did my other Sub free of charge when I bought it, they obviously have the tools. I have a small machine shop at home and made up a very simple jig to grip each side of the link and pull it apart.
